Single Malt Whiskey Finished in Spanish Sherry Casks - Made with malted barley and aged in American new oak barrels.  The Single Malt is aged 4 years and then emptied and secondarily aged in Pedro Ximenez Sherry Casks from Spain.  This process is considered "Double Oaked".
